Does my client need to sign up or install anything?

No. They open the link on their phone or computer. To sign, all they need is their email.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you don't choose a plan, your account moves to Free: it stays active, your documents stay online and you can create 3 new ones a month. No card needed.

How many documents can I create?

On Free, 3 new documents a month; on Base, 20; on Pro, no limit. Replacing the file of a document doesn't count. Deleting a document doesn't give you back that month's slot.

Can I correct a document after sending it?

Yes, as long as it isn't signed. Replace the file or edit the HTML from the Modifica (Edit) tab: the link stays the same. Once signed, the document is locked.

My client isn't getting the code. What should I do?

Tell them to check their spam folder and the email address they typed. After a minute they can request a new code from the same window.

How do I cancel?

From Abbonamento (Subscription), with Passa al Gratis (Move to Free) or through the Gestisci abbonamento (Manage subscription) portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, then you're on Free and your documents stay online. Read Plans, trial, invoices and cancellation.
