Pricing questions
Who can subscribe?
Okeh is for professionals and businesses based in Italy. When you sign up you confirm you use it for your business, and before paying you enter your Italian VAT number (partita IVA) for the electronic invoice. Outside Italy? Join the list and we'll write when it opens in your country.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when your account is activated, with no card, every Pro feature and AI up to 30 requests. If you choose a plan during the trial, the first charge comes at the end of it.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't choose a plan, your account moves to Free: it stays active, the documents you already have stay online, even beyond the limit, and you can create 3 new ones a month. You don't need to do anything.
What is the founder offer?
The first 30 paying accounts keep the price they subscribed at for good, even if prices change later.
Is the price per user?
No, it's per account. On Pro you can add more admins at no extra cost.
Can I use my own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
Yes, on Base and Pro. Connect your AI from the dashboard (Settings › Advanced) and ask the assistant to prepare, edit and send quotes from our templates. Requests are paid by your AI subscription and don't use the ones included in your plan. Documents you create count toward your plan's limit.
Payment and cancellation
- You pay by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Change plan or cancel from your dashboard.
- You get an Italian electronic invoice in the name you enter before paying.
- Not subject to VAT under the Italian flat-rate scheme (Law 190/2014, Article 1, paragraphs 54-89): the price shown is the price you pay.
- If you cancel Base or Pro, you move to Free at the end of the paid period: the account stays active and your documents stay online.
- If you delete the account from Settings, the links stay visible for 30 days, then documents and files are deleted.
