The document link works anywhere: WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, your own email, an Instagram message.

  1. In Documenti (Documents), press the copy icon next to the document, or Copia il link (Copy the link) in the row's menu. On the document page there's Copia link (Copy link) at the top.
  2. Paste it into the chat or the email.
  3. Add a couple of lines of your own, for example "Here's the quote, you can sign it at the bottom of the page".

On WhatsApp and social media, the link appears with a preview: the document title, the client's name and your logo. If you set the Logo del cliente (Client's logo) in Modifica (Edit), Dati (Details) box, the preview shows that logo instead. Opens made by WhatsApp to build the preview don't count in the statistics.

Whoever opens the link and signs enters their own email and receives the code there. The signer is the owner of that email. If you want only one specific person to sign, set the signing recipient with Claude: see Connecting Claude.

Note

The reminder before expiry is sent only if you sent the document from the Invia (Send) tab: with a copied link, we don't know who to write to.
