Create the document
Start from a template or write a couple of lines: the AI fills it in with your logo and colours. Already have one? Upload the PDF from Word, Pages or Canva.
- Step 2
Send the link
By email from your dashboard, under your business name, or on WhatsApp. You see how many times your client opens it and when.

Your client signs
They enter their email, get a 6-digit code and sign. You both receive the signature certificate as a PDF.

The signature certificate
Every signature produces a PDF that is emailed to your client and to you, and stays downloadable from the document.

FAQ
Before you start
Who can use it?
Okeh is for professionals and businesses based in Italy, with an Italian VAT number (partita IVA). The trial only needs your email; the VAT number is needed when you choose a plan, for the electronic invoice. Outside Italy? Join the list and we'll write when it opens in your country.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They open the link on their phone or computer. To sign, all they need is their email.
What is the signature worth?
It is a simple electronic signature (eIDAS Regulation, Article 25): it counts as evidence and a court decides how much weight to give it. It suits accepting quotes, proposals and orders, and approving briefs, copy and minutes. For deeds that the law requires in writing with a qualified signature you need a different tool.
Can I use it for documents that are not quotes?
Yes. Reports, briefs, proposals, instructions and minutes work like quotes: a link, the opens and, if you turn it on, signing with a code. Categories keep them apart in your list. They count towards your monthly documents like the others.
Do I need a quote ready already?
No. Pick the template for your line of work and fill it in a few minutes, or, on Base and Pro, let the AI write it from a few lines. If you already have it in Word, Pages or Canva, export the PDF and upload it: your client reads it and signs.
Do emails come from my address?
On Free and Base they are sent by the platform under your business name, and when your client replies the answer lands in your inbox. On Pro you can connect your own mailbox and send from there.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't choose a plan, your account moves to Free: it stays active, your documents stay online and you can create 3 new ones a month. No card needed.
How do I pay and what invoice do I get?
By card, monthly or yearly. You get an Italian electronic invoice. The price is final: the service is under the Italian flat-rate scheme, so there is no VAT to add.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard, whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that you move to Free and your documents stay online. If you delete the account, they stay visible for 30 days.
Why does my account need approval?
Okeh has just opened and we are letting new accounts in a few at a time, so we can look after everyone who starts. Every account publishes pages on our domain, so we also check that nobody uses it for scam pages. We email you as soon as yours is active.
