Choices and the note at signing
How to have your client choose an option while signing (package, length, licence), where the choice appears and how the optional note works.
On this pageHow to set them up
A document can have one or more questions that your client answers while signing. For example which package, how long, which usage licence. Signing doesn't start until there's an answer for each question.
How to set them up
- With the options template: the questions are created by themselves from the Opzioni (Options) you write.
- With the Foto e video (Photo and video) templates: the Licenza d'uso (Usage licence) becomes a question at signing.
- With Claude: ask, for example, "set up signing with the question Package: Base 900 euros, Complete 1,500 euros".
Where the answer appears
- At the bottom of the signed document, under the signer's name.
- In the PDF certificate, one line per question.
- In the notification you get by email and in the Firma (Signature) box, under Scelta (Choice).
The note
Under the questions, your client can write a note, for example "starting in January". It's optional, and it goes into the certificate too.
